Delete your Sippet account and data

This page is for Sippet: Drink Tracker & Pet, published by Muhammad Hammad Siddique.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

Open Sippet > Settings > Account > Delete Account, then confirm.

Fill in the form below. We'll email you a confirmation link to verify the request is yours. Or email privacy@getsippet.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account".

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel a Sippet Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple or Google account settings (see Support).

What we delete

• Your account and profile
• Every drink you've logged, your plans, goals, check-ins and notes
• Mochi's progress, outfits and achievements
• Your waitlist entry and email preferences

We delete these within 30 days of confirming your request, and from backups within a further 30 days.

What we keep, and why

• Payment and refund records, as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years)
• A record that you asked us to delete your data, so we can show we did
• Combined statistics that can't identify you
